Malerkotla holds a place in Punjab's history that very few towns can claim. But wishing for it and getting it are two different mountains. Sainik School coaching Malerkotla at our centre exists to bridge that gap. We do not prepare children for school exams. We prepare them for the actual paper - AISSEE ↗, RMS, RIMC ↗. The questions that decide whether your son gets the seat or watches someone else take it.
The first week is free. Your child writes a small assessment paper, we mark it ourselves, and then we sit down with you for about twenty minutes to walk through the result. Strong topics, weak ones, the next ninety days mapped out clearly. Children come to our Court Road centre from Malerkotla town, Ahmedgarh, Amargarh, Dhuri, Sangrur, Ludhiana side, and sometimes even from Barnala. For families further out - places like Sherpur or Sunam - we run a live online batch with the same teacher who handles the offline class. Same homework, same tests, same Saturday mock paper. AISSEE Class 6 - Maths, English, GK, Intelligence. Whole syllabus, gone through slowly the first time, faster on revision. Monthly OMR mock. We do not move forward until the chapter test crosses 70%.
AISSEE Class 9 - Science and Social Studies are added on top, and the difficulty jumps without warning. Chapter test every Wednesday, full timed paper every Saturday from 8 to 10:30. By the time exam day comes, your child has already done somewhere around forty-five mock papers.
RMS Coaching Malerkotla - Two parallel tracks, one for Class 6 entry, one for Class 9. The RMS pattern leans more on reasoning and moves at a quicker pace than AISSEE. Our weekly papers reflect that.

Sunday morning is mock day. The paper runs from 9 to 12, and then we sit together to discuss it till 1. From October onwards, missing the Sunday mock is not really an option - we tell parents this upfront so it does not become an awkward conversation in December.

In 2025, the boy who topped our Class 6 batch scored 261 out of 300. Two of our RMS Ajmer selections were boys from Ahmedgarh whose fathers run small bicycle parts workshops on the bypass. Both of them paid only 25% of our course fees because they cleared our scholarship test the previous September. We share these specifics because results, the way we see them, are not just about the toppers. They are about which families in the area actually got their son a seat.
We take children from Class 4 onwards. At that age the classes do not look anything like exam coaching - there is mental Maths, English through short stories, a Saturday puzzle hour where the children solve picture-based reasoning and end up laughing more than studying. No homework piles, no pressure on small shoulders. By the time the same boy reaches Class 6 and sits down for the AISSEE, the paper format is no stranger to him. Two extra years of unhurried practice does something a nine-week crash course can never match. Almost every parent who started their child in Class 4 has told us, in some shape or another - we wish we had walked in a year sooner.
Twice a year. Once in April, once in September. Last year twelve children went home with fee discounts ranging from 25% to a full 100% off. The test is open to every child, whether already enrolled with us or just thinking about it. The paper covers AISSEE subjects, so even a child who does not win anything walks out having put in two real hours of pattern practice. RIMC aspirants are welcome at the same test. There is no separate gate.
